access keys
Highfield's website is trialling support for access keys. Access keys assist users who have difficulties navigating using a mouse to access common parts of the site. This site supports a subset of the UK Government Access Keys system. Specifically, the following support is provided:

- 3 - Site map
- 4 - Search
- 5 - Not supported (was Frequently Asked Questions)
- 6 - Not supported (was Help)
- 7 - Not supported (was Complaints procedure. Use access key 9 - Feedback form)

To use access keys, PC users need to hold down the ALT key and press the access key. Mac users need to hold down the Control (CTRL) key and press the access key. Please note that in Internet Explorer, pressing the access key only highlights the link. You will need to press enter to navigate to the page itself. For other browsers, pressing the access key should take you directly to the linked page.
