shine
Shine is a set of groups for children which run during our Compass (9.30am) services. The groups are:
- Creche (up to 18 months). The babies are cared for, played with and talked to by members of the team who will fetch parents if their children need them.
- Tumblers (from 18 months to 3 years). The children are encouraged to enjoy songs, stories, prayers, activities and play. Sometimes parents are needed to take part too!
- Scramblers (3 to 4 years). Scramblers learn about Jesus through stories, activities and games.
- Climbers (School Years R, 1 and 2). This group of children worship God in song and prayer as well as by hearing Bible stories and joining in crafts, activities and games.
- Explorers (School Years 3 – 6). A lively group who are getting to know God and each other.

During 11am services, a combined Climbers and Explorers group (School Years 2 – 6) is run.
A Pathfinder's group for young people in school years 7 – 9 runs during both morning services.
During August, All Aboard in August runs for children between 3 and 10 years. There will be something to talk about, something to think about something to play and something to make.
