main lounge
The Lounge is is curtained and carpeted with direct access to the kitchen. The room can accommodate 100 people or 60 people if seated at tables. There are tables and chairs available in the room. There is access to a wall mounted projector and flip chart holders at a small additional cost.
It is ideal for conference style meetings, children’s parties and relaxation classes.
The Lounge is available for hire Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 22:30 at a hire fee of £21:50 per hour. The projector and flip chart stand can be hired at an additional flat fee of £20.

main hall
The Hall is curtained, has a wooden floor, and direct access to the kitchen. The room can accommodate 200 people or 150 people if seated at tables.
There are tables and chairs available in the room. It is ideal for large functions, weddings, music events, and sports including badminton, football.
It is not available weekdays during terms time or on Sundays.
It is available for hire at an hourly rate of £25 per hour. We have a party rate (for all large adult parties) of £45 per hour. This includes £25 per hour room hire, £10 per hour for kitchen Hire and £10 per hour for the services of a caretaker.

small lounge
The room is curtained and carpeted with a smaller uncarpeted area around the sink. The room can accommodate up to 40 people.
There are tables and chairs suitable for small children available in the room. There is access to a child toilet just off the room.
It is ideal for children’s parties and there is access to a small garden area. Adult size tables and chairs can be made available on request.
It is not available between 08:00 – 13:00 Monday to Friday during term time, or on any Sunday.
The hire fee is £14:50 per hour.

upper room
The room is curtained, carpeted, and has a sink and working surface/drainage area. It is suitable for meetings, craft groups and teaching. Flip chart stands and a projector can be made available at an additional cost.
It can accommodate up to 40 people and is on the first floor with access only by stairs. There are male and female toilet facilities available on this level, adjacent to the room.
There are tables and chairs, kettle, a water urn and some cups available in the room.
The upper room is not available between 1700 – 22:00 Fridays during term time, or on any Sunday.
The hire fee is £14:50 per hour.

the hub/blue room
The room is curtained, carpeted, and can accommodate 30 people. This room is suitable for small group meetings, informal gatherings and a quiet space.
It is on the first floor with access only by stairs. There are male and female toilet facilities available on this level, adjacent to the room.
There are tables and chairs, kettle, a water urn and some cups available in the room.
The Hub is not available between 1700 – 22:00 Fridays during term time, or on any Sunday.
The hire fee is £9:00 per hour.

kitchen
We have a well equipped kitchen, rated as 5 (very good) by Environmental Health. In order to maintain this standard there are guidelines in place for the use of the kitchen.
The Kitchen is not available Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 during term time or on any Sunday.
The kitchen is hired out at £10 per hour if food is being cooked or prepared on the premises. There is a £5 per hire fee if the kitchen is used for tea/coffee and a service area.
There will be additional charges for the use of our cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
